Q: What are my payment options?

Payments can be processed through major credits such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  Money Orders and certified checks are also acceptable.  We offer a 5% discount on the purchase price if payments are sent directly to us via bank wires (please email us at: trumpeting@pinkelephantjewelry.com for further information).

Q: Is my credit card information secure?

We utilize an encrypted program that ensures all information arrives privately and securely at its destination.  We will make every effort to protect your online order by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology.

Q: How are my items shipped and how much does shipping cost?

We offer a flat rate of $25 for overnight insured (Fed-Ex or UPS) mail for packages valued at no more than $10,000.

We offer a flat rate of $10 for registered insured mail through the United States Postal Office (USPS) for packages valued at no more than $10,000. (This option usually takes 5-7 business days from actual day of shipping.)

EXCEPTIONS:

  • • Please contact us directly for deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska.
  • • At this time we cannot ship internationally.

Q: What is the return and/or exchange policy?

A return authorization form and code must be obtained by calling 212-221-3640 

A full refund is allowed within 7 days of delivery confirmation, if the item purchased has not been worn, altered, damaged and/or sized, etc. The article MUST be in its original condition with original tags affixed to the merchandise.  An original receipt MUST be returned with the merchandise.

All shipping charges cannot be refunded.

After a return has been authorized by our offices, remember to ship your return package fully insured for the entire amount of the item since your return cannot be processed until the item has been received in the office and inspected.  Please see “How do I make a return.”

Q: How do I make a return?

A full refund is allowed within 7 days of delivery confirmation, if the item purchased has not been worn, altered, damaged and/or sized, etc. The article MUST be in its original condition with original tags affixed to the merchandise.  An original receipt MUST be returned with the merchandise.

Take the following steps:

1.) Call in to receive your Authorization form and code at 212-221-3640.

2.) Download and Print return form and attach it with the return package

- it should include: order number, authorization code, reason for return, customer info

3.) Your return item package must include:

  • • original item with any and all tags that accompany the item
  • • original item box
  • • return form
  • • certificates (if applicable)
  • • receipt

4.) Insure your package!!

Insurance coverage for full value is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, as we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We recommend using registered INSURED mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS) since you can insure up to $25,000 through this service.  Fed-Ex and UPS also offer insured express options. 

A tracking number is recommended so you can track your package should the need arise.

It takes 5-10 days to process a return after Pink Elephant Jewelry receives and inspects the package. All packages sent to our offices should be addressed as such:

 The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

 5.)  Notification.

 Refunds are processed after item is inspected and deemed free from damages and altercations.  We will then notify you with the confirmation.

Q: Are custom orders returnable?

We work closely with the customer to get each custom order just right.  For those reasons alone, there is absolutely no reason why a customized item would be returned to us, however we understand that there can be specific reasons.  While we do have a no returns policy for custom orders, we ask that you contact us and explain the reason.  Because our customers come first, we will try to come up with a fair resolution that will make everyone happy.

Q: Does Pink Elephant offer repairs?

Yes, we can help repair our jewelry items (at an additional fee) and assist in sizing issues. Repair fees may vary – please call 212-221-3640 to get an estimate on a particular repair.

Q: How does your privacy policy work?

All information gathered from this website will not be disclosed to third parties or any other clients.  This information is only used to help PinkElephantJewelry.com provide its customers with the best service possible and can be removed.

We take certain measures for security issues i.e. SSL (secure socket layer) so that private information does not reside on web servers, credit cards, phone numbers, and addresses are all kept confidential.

Q: When will I receive my order?

Most items ordered via Standard Delivery will arrive within 10 business days. Some items, including personalized items and custom ordered items, may take longer. Upon receiving and processing an order, we will contact you via email with a more detailed estimated delivery time.
